How we work
We work on a copy of your shop first, never on the live one, and only switch over once you have seen it working.
Questions
- Do you need access to my shop?
- Yes, an admin login or a copy of the shop. Whenever possible we work on a staging copy, and you can remove our access as soon as the job is done.
- Can you fix a plugin someone else wrote?
- Usually yes, if you still have access to the code. Tell us what it should do and what it does now.
